Social Media Blueprint Plan

1. Term

The Social Media Blueprint Plan is effective on the first day of each month and expires on the last day of that month unless renewed. Renewal is automatic on a month-to-month basis unless either party provides written notice of termination prior to the end of the current month.

2. Services Provided

Meta De Cafe will provide up to 12 hours of service between the first and last day of each month. Services include:

• Production: Film and photography.

• Post-Production: Editing of photo and video assets.

• Complimentary Pre-Production: Up to 2 hours of planning, meetings, and coordination per month.

• Instagram Management: 2 daily story posts, 3 weekly grid posts and account maintenance.

3. Scheduling & Time Usage

• Production Hours: Time begins at the scheduled call time and ends once a wrap is called. Please allow 30 minutes prior to scheduled call times for setting up. Set up and break down times do not deduct for your subscription plan.

• Preparation: Clients are encouraged to finalize concepts, scripts, and logistics in advance to maximize on-location time.

• Pre-Production Hours: Complimentary planning/meetings (2 hours max per month) does not deduct from the 12 service hours. Additional pre-production hours, if required, will be billed separately.

• Unused Hours: Hours do not roll over to the following month.

4. Payment

• Services are billed at a flat monthly rate, due on the first week of each month.

• Late payments may incur fees or suspension of services until payment is received.

5. Deliverables

Final deliverables (edited photos, videos, or other agreed-upon assets) will be delivered in digital format by the deadlines mutually agreed upon during pre-production planning. Typical turn around time(s) are 2-5 days per project/ad.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide access to locations and subjects as needed.

• Ensure that all necessary permissions (venues, talent releases, etc.) are secured.

• Be punctual and prepared for scheduled productions.

7. Miscellaneous

• The Social Media Blueprint Plan does not guarantee availability outside of scheduled hours.

• Additional hours or services beyond the scope of this plan may be requested and will be billed at Meta De Cafe’s standard hourly or project rates.
