Proposal for Brand Licensing Partnership

MDC is excited to present this proposal to form a mutually beneficial partnership with REBC through a licensing agreement that will allow MDC to produce, market, and sell apparel under the REBC brand name.

We believe this collaboration will not only strengthen the REBC brand presence but also provide a streamlined opportunity to expand the reach and accessibility of REBC’s unique identity.

Proposal Details

Objective:

To establish a licensing relationship where MDC will sell t-shirts using the REBC brand while compensating REBC through a structured royalty agreement.

Key Terms:

• Licensed Brand: REBC

• Products: T-shirts and other approved apparel items

• Royalty Rate: 20% of gross sales revenue (excluding taxes, shipping, and returns)

• Payment Frequency: Monthly, by the 10th of each month

• Sales Reporting: Detailed monthly sales report to accompany each royalty payment

• Brand Protection: MDC agrees to uphold the quality and representation standards of the REBC brand in all marketing, sales, and product materials

• Brand Expansion: Increased visibility and presence through MDC’s existing retail and online platforms.

• Revenue Growth: Recurring monthly royalty payments tied directly to product sales.

• Low Risk: No upfront investment or operational responsibility required from REBC.
