Here’s what is happening in July:

Our Chief Marketing Analyst will be conducting a comprehensive analysis of your social media platform to establish a clear understanding of your current performance and uncover opportunities for growth. There will be less posting- please do not be alarmed! We are hyper focussing on the growth plan for quarter 3 (July-September).

The analysis will focus on the following key areas:

Engagement Rate
Measuring how effectively your content resonates with your audience, including likes, comments, shares, and saves relative to your follower count.

True Followers
Assessing the authenticity of your audience by identifying active, real, and relevant followers versus inactive or potentially bot accounts.

Brand Awareness Growth Rate (Monthly)
Tracking how quickly your reach and visibility are expanding month over month.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
Evaluating the core metrics that define success for your business, such as reach, impressions, website clicks, lead conversions, and audience demographics.

Once this data has been compiled and reviewed, we will schedule a team meeting with our Marketing Director and Social Media Manager to present our findings and collaborate on a focused action plan designed to accelerate your growth in Phase 2.
